“As the MTV Video Music Awards approach, the line up just keeps getting hotter. Panic at the Disco, Chris Brown, Katy Perry and Tokio Hotel have been added as presenters. Best New Artist nominees Jordin Sparks and Taylor Swift will be on stage to hand out trophies, as well as High School Musical hotties Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens. Lupe Fiasco and Flo Rida will bring some sass to the stage, while Dainty Kane will make the winners forget their acceptance speeches when they present awards in their dainty duds.
