ZAAngels Write-Off: Theme Ideas
After five themes and lots of great entries, we thought our ZAAngels visitors might like a chance to become more involved with the website. Whether you’re a writer or a dabbler or even just enjoy reading the stories, we’re giving you the opportunity to think of a theme for the Write-Off. This way, the writers get the chance to suggest something they’d love to write and the readers get the chance to suggest a theme that they love to read.
Simply leave your idea for a fanfiction story theme in the comments below or email amy@zaangels.com with your idea and we’ll pick our favourite to be the theme for this month’s Write-Off. Feel free to leave as many ideas as you like – we may use another one in the future.

This is just a stupid idea because I was just watching The Osbournes but something like they are on a reality show or they get their own tv show? lol Newlyweds style

How about something along the lines of The Amazing Race. The couples would compete against one another to travel the globe and be the first to make it to the final checkpoint. It could have alot of comedic moments, scary close calls, bickering and of course “make up sex” in non-appropriate places. M rating of course.

I don’t know if this theme has been used. “Serendipitous Meetings” The definition of which is: Serendipity is the effect by which one accidentally stumbles upon something fortunate, especially while looking for something entirely unrelated. This might be really interesting with Troy and Gabby as our serendipitous duo. I always like stories of these two as adults with and an M rating of course.

Okay, I’ll stop after this I promise.
Here are some other ideas:
1. Everyone submitting a story must start it with this opening line: “I could have avoided the whole bloody situation if I had only…..” OR “Last night……”
2. Stranded. They could be stranded anywhere, a jungle, airport, middle of the desert, snowed in, elevator(although thats been done a few times)or island. Come up with somewhere unique with unique circumstances.
3. Think of a quote, create a story that comes from the quote. The more abstract the quote the better.
4. Dreamworld or Paranormal. If paranormal though, no vampires or werewolves. Try something more obscure. Be creative.

i think you should have Comedy or have a story that one of them is desperate for a date that they went all out to get themselves noticed. (eg. troy is so in love with gabriella that he begins to stalk her or something like that) or you could have a story that has a surprising and unexpecting ending.
