Live VMA Thread
Saturday, September 6th, 2008
The ZA blog has conducted a live blogging experience once for the 2008 SAG awards HERE. We’d like to take another shot at it, this time moving the discussion to the ZA fan forum (rather than our rooftop chatroom). A moderator will be there all evening (tomorrow, Sunday September 7th) and visitors can watch the red carpet pre-show at 8 p.m. ET with the main show starting at 9 p.m. ET.
Please vote in our viewer poll below! Thanks for voting! We will be blogging live at the fan forum for the ‘08 VMA’s!
***The ZA Fan Forum banner contest is now over. A viewer poll will be up from Sept.7th-14th to choose a winner!***

HSM3 Spoiler Policy
Saturday, August 23rd, 2008
After a suggestion from Dani (aka Pandora147) the ZA blog wants your opinion on how to handle upcoming HSM3 spoilers. Visitors can anticipate a “What do YOU Think” poll after the US premiere. Beyond that, most promotion (aside from overseas premieres) will steadily slow in the weeks following the movies’ release.
All admins will do our best to advertise “WARNING: Spoilers” alerts. Aside from that we need your help. Take the poll and leave us your comments on what we can do to minimize online spoiler damage.
Lend Your Voice: “Sightings” Poll
Thursday, July 24th, 2008Since we’re still a little stumped as to how we handle certain candids of Zac and Vanessa, we’d like to ask you, the visitors to give us your opinion on a new idea for the ZA Angels site. Rather than dedicate full posts on the main blog to mundane hounding of every-day activities, what if we were to create a side-bar feature entitled “Sightings” where a brief description e.g., “Vanessa Runs Errands in LA- 7/24/08″ directly links to outside gossip blogs (i.e. Just Jared, Gossip Girls, etc.)? This could help limit the attention focused on normal happenings of their daily life and take the admin teams’ opinion of ‘good’ versus ‘bad’ candids out of the equation, allowing YOU to decide to search for, view, or comment on the content.
*Update: As the response to this idea has been mostly positive, we are now trialling this feature in the sidebar under the heading of Sightings. Thank you to everyone who responded.
