FAQ’s

1. Where do you get your news from?

Most news and tidbits actually come from you-the visitors of the blog. Typical protocol in sourcing news and information found or received is to:

a.) Make sure it’s a credible source i.e. reputable entertainment and media newscasting outlets/publicist confirmation/press releases/copyright magazines, newspapers, and related journalism.

b.) Whenever possible a direct link to the source is provided.

c.) We like to give ’shout outs’ to the visitor/individual responsible for directing us toward said news information.

d.) ZA Angels and staff are NOT responsible for the content and/or nature of links that we source/visitors comment that lead away from the site. Although we try and filter spam/inappropriate url’s we cannot screen all content of all websites.

2. I’m having problems viewing the site, what should I do?

Our site is best viewed in Internet Explorer version 7.0. If you still experience problems contact our web programming administrator at zatechguru@zaangels.com

3. I can’t view the ZA Magazine! Help!

Our magazine uses a flash media player only compatible with Internet Explorer (versions 6.0 and 7.0).

*NOTE: The ZA magazine came to an end as of December, 2008.

4. Do any of the ZA staff know Zac or Vanessa personally?

No.

5. I’m interested in becoming a contributing blogger, how can I do that?

-Write the post in a Word document (or directly in the email sent)

-Please keep your post related to Zac/Vanessa/work related to the two.

- Include pictures (if applicable)

We may edit the post (for grammar and/ or spelling purposes) but will NOT tamper with the meaning or idea behind the post.

6. Who are the ZA Angels?

“The most awesome people you’ll ever meet” (name that movie!) A group of dedicated fans from various states, countries, ages, and backgrounds. Check the bottom of our sites for all staff members.

7. Where/how do you get all your graphics used on the main pages and links?

It’s a combination of Photoshop rendering, search engine image results, and fan-site media.

8. I’d like to use an image from your site, is that okay?

Sure! We love to share, but please credit ZA Angels if taking any original photos/images/content.

9. I can’t see my comment! What gives?

Wordpress tends to mark repeat or comments containing foreign links as spam. Instead of repeat posting (which will only produce more ’spam’ marked comments) try and comment WITHOUT the use of links. Contact us via email if you continue experiencing problems.

10. I can’t find the link to the ZA-Write Off. Why is that?

11. Where does the donation money go?

Right back into zaangels.com for site maintenance and upkeep!

12. How does the site confirm or deny rumors?

We do our best to research any and all rumors pertaining to Zac and Vanessa. If we cannot garner confirmation via an agency representative/press release/legit news and media source we decline in posting.

13. Have any of the ZA staff met Zac or Vanessa?

Staff have attended various events including award shows and movie premieres, and some have even had the chance to meet Zac/Vanessa! Visit our Zac Fan Encounters and Vanessa Fan Encounters pages for more.

14. Are you part of a group on Just Jared going by the name ‘Zanessa Angels’?

Via our ZA Dictionary:

Zanessa Angels (ZA) – The name given to a founding group of ‘Zanessa’ fans who met on celeb gossip blog Just Jared.

ZA Angels (ZA’s) - The name given to the subsequent Zac and Vanessa fans who joined up to the group on Just Jared and subsequently created ZAAngels.com.

Long story short; no, we are not. The ‘ZA Angels’ are on this blog (and YouTube/Facebook/Twitter).

15. Is your site affiliated with any other sites on the web?

16. Why can’t I find all paparazzi/candid photos on the ZA Angels site?

Out of respect for Zac and Vanessa, not all ‘candid’ photos will be available on our blog. Overzealous photographerss (or fans) invading their personal space is not advocated here.

17. Is anyone on the ZA Angels staff authors of stories on fanfiction.net?

Yes. Amy, Audrey, Ellie, and Kristen all have accounts on fanfiction.net. (Note: The opinions stated in the individual stories on fanfiction.net are not of the ZA Angels Blog and have been expressed on an individual basis.)

18. Do any of the ZA staff own, maintain, or contribute to other fansites on the web?

Yes. As stated above, the opinions stated in any personal online journals/blogs are not of the ZA Angels Blog and have been expressed on an individual basis.

19. Why do you feature High School Musical news?

Although we are not a ‘Disney’ fansite, the movie franchise that catapulted both Zac and Vanessa into the limelight was Disney’s High School Musical. Seeing as both actors star in the film, we felt it necessary to include the HSM3 News and Updates section for this particular film given both entertainers’ involvement with the project(s).
